From that perspective (in contrast to my earlier observation)

It lowers my opinion of the employer.
But, if you're a prospective employer who doesn't read
this list, you won't know that from testing me or from
interviewing me (assuming I'm still interested in being
hired). Now, if only that translated to poker-playing ability...
