Good question, T. -- haven't needed to do this in FM7, so I forgot about
the master page mapping.
Actually no, not using master-page mapping at all, just applying the
Master pages with Format > Page Layout > Master Page Usage, and assign
LeftNew either 1) to all pages that currently use Left master page, or
2) to all Even pages.
