Until the TW's customers realize the importance of ordering
docs written for the end user (their customer), they do.
If you as a TW can somehow assist your customer in coming
to that realization, then you can be a hero to both your
client/employer and the end user, but one way or the other,
you must satisfy the requirements of the person who signs
off on your invoice or your paycheck. Unemployed TWs do
nothing to improve the end user's experience with product.
