I am tasked with standardizing resumes for inclusion in proposals. I
think the best way to do this would be use some kind of database, maybe
XML, to allow for a) searchability, b) inclusion of all info, and c)
output of specific info in the desired format. Does anyone have any
experience with this?

Thanks.
