Yes, it is an "interesting times" sort of situation. It's also added
incentive
to step up my XML trials here. If circumstances ever dictate that we
move from FM to another authoring tool, I have already decided that it
won't be one with a proprietary document file format.

Yes. MS and Adobe seem to get along OK with each other, at least
for now. MS and Macromedia also. Macromedia and Adobe are
another matter.
