Ring binders are best relegated to those functions where the user needs
to be able to add material, such as training workbooks or self-maintain
books where periodic updates are distributed separately.  For large
documents (over 200 pages), my preference would be to break the
document into volumes of 200 pages or less and bind each in either
a lay-flat perfect bind if quantities permit or for short runs a wiro or
comb with wrap-around cover.
