Well, it depends on how you define "moving forward". Do the groups
that see your value interact with the groups that do not? Have you
considered sitting with people from the grumbly groups and determining
exactly why they feel the way they do? Consider them your target
audience... what would you need to do better or differently to cater
to their needs?
