I'll second that. I've been management several times, and inner circle
management twice.
Naturally, when I am in management, management is the source of all wisdom, and
the average employee doesn't appreciate the sacrifices made on his or her
behalf. But when I'm not in management, then management is a bunch of bunglers
that shouldn't be let out with a leash and a muzzle.
Either there's a major polarity in the companies where I've worked, or else the
differences have something to do with my own position.
