No, my post was about leaders in general. Andrew made a comment in the
"previous employer contacts" thread that we select leaders whom we allow to
manipulate us, through invasion of privacy in drug testing and background
checks, etc. I made the point that we do not select our leadership, and
have very little control over it.

However, I did emphasize "especially business management" which I'd hoped
would be clue enough as to where my thoughts were leading. Leaders in
business select other leaders. I made the mistake of expanding the point
with the broader, more generally political examples, but it applies to
business most of all.
