I have always worked with complex business
applications. It is impossible to keep an awarness of
all the functionality in ones head. Yet one needs to
account for all those functions when planning the
outline. An input to the outlining process would be
the "books" for that accounting.

Any ideas?

simplisticly. It seems quite basic. Am I missing
