We use Dragon Naturally Speaking at our house. My daughter is into
writing Manga (Japanese comic books), and, since she's dysgraphic, her
teachers have thanked us for this as well.
At the office, it can be tricky if you're in a pod, and it does take a
while to teach the software, but it's definitely worth it.

I also have my pod set up carefully. My keyboard rests on a shelf below
the desktop, so I always have a straight line from my elbow to the
keyboard. Also, never just type. Every 15 mins to a half hour, stop,
make a phone call, talk to someone

I also got it as a side-effect of pregnancy. Evidently, it's a fairly
common complication for working mothers. The hell part was - no drugs.
Part of my problem was that I was swimming every day, and the pressure of
the water on my arms (no joke!) was complicating the problem. So, until
kid was born, I worked with a kick-board, and minimized the amount of work
my arms did. Worked, too.
