With over four decades of experience, I don't worry too much about the lack of a degree (107 credits at Cornell before I dropped out--hey, it was the Sixties; people did that sort of thing back then); but I have occasionally encountered poorly designed Web forms that offered a choice of high school, associate's degree, bachelor's degree, and advanced degree, with no "other" option (if the form offers "some college" as a choice, I'll pick that, obviously). In those cases I claim the bachelor's degree, and then in either a comment field, if there is one, or in a cover letter, I point out that the selection was based on the limited choices in the form and that I do not intend to mislead them about my degree status. My reasoning is that if I select high school or associate's degree I'm likely to be disqualified right off the bat.
