Well, I suppose that's one of the reasons I shouldn't complain too much
about my current position. They eliminated overtime and increased our
weekly hours from 37.5 to 40 recently, but I still have a week vacation
between Christmas and New Years, various statutory holidays, and three
weeks of vacation I can take when I want.

Guess that's 20-25 worksdays off a year. In another years time, I believe
I'm due another 5 days. Not everyone on this side of the Pond has to envy
the Europeans (much). :)

But then again, I know how much it costs to buy a house in Britain or
Germany. :EEP:
