In his second debate against Mondale in 1984, Reagan responded to those who
thought he was too old for the job: "I will not make age an issue of this
campaign. I am not going to exploit, for political purposes, my opponent's
youth and inexperience."

Perhaps Jim Barrow could use this approach in his situation...
