Good input, folks. My plan is to try to get the interviewer(s) to agree
with me as often as possible that I'm a fit, and then call that to their
attention if/when they make an offer. If I get them to agree that I'm a
line-item fit for their requirements, I'd think it would put me in a
position of negotiating strength.

But first I gotta find out if that's really the case - we all know how
posted job descriptions can sometimes miss the mark. But I really do think
they want a writer with a rock drumming background - it's not stated
blatantly in the ad, but I can sense these things...
