"There's a great tool called DevaTools that plugs into Dreamweaver and
creates an index and search function. It generates HTML so it should be
cross platform. I loved it. It was easy to set up and use and the output
was customizable and also easy to use."

Thanks for the tip Lisa. I will check DevaTools out.
