These are primarily factors for companies looking to hire temp-to-perm,
because your temp status notwithstanding they and you both know that
the contract is just a trial period preceding a direct W2 employment hire.
A company putting an RFQ out for vendor writers with no intention of
making a direct employment offer down the road has only one number
in mind: their immediate cost.
