in search of research

I am in search of a paper written by David Goodwin in 1991 called
"Emplotting the Reader: Motivation and Technical Documentation." It
appeared in Vol 21, #2 of the Journal of Technical Writing and
Documentation. I can find plenty of references TO this paper in
google, but neither the paper nor the journal appear to be online.

If anyone has this journal in thier collection and would be so kind as
to photcopy it for me, please let me know and I'll send you a mailing
address.
