Frame seems to be a requirement for most TW jobs here in Ireland. That
doesn't mean that it's always the number one requirement for the
position, but if you don't have Frame, you won't even get an interview.

Here in Silicon Valley, where a preponderance of the T.W. tasks tend to involve computer hardware or software, FrameMaker is widely but not universally used.
When folks comment on their tool requirement experience, it would be helpful if they gave us a clue about not only what type of documentation they are reporting about but also the geographic location of the job.
