Lisa, John and all -

Looks to me like the system worked the way it was supposed to. The one thing
I've learned about being "the boss," is that it doesn't mean you have more
power, it just means that because you have more accountability, and you get
to be wrong publicly and more often. Once in a while, you are blazingly,
glowingly right, and you've saved the day for technical communicators one
more time. The root of personality for many writers is that we hate being
wrong. I personally can't stand it, and it doesn't get easier for happening
often. The measure of a person, however, is a graceful apology, and Lisa,
yours was mighty fine.

This is a great source of information, and a very alive forum. It's all
good.
