I'm finishing a set of web-safe color wheels on my website that will be a
freely available resource for web designers.
Your wheels are very well done, indeed.
I was wondering, though, whether there's still such a thing as an 'unsafe' color given that the old 8-bit video cards are now pretty rare.
Is this still a design constraint in some situations?
