I don't. Page count per work period is a terrible metric
for writer productivity because it tends to encourage
the creation of documents with higher page counts. I
measure writer productivity by the number and percentage of projects that meet project goals and are delivered on time to support product shipment. If that means a writer
figures out how to say everything that needs to be said with half the pages, that's icing on my cake.
