Not sure. There are several Indian technical writers on the list who
can probably help.

Personally, I would not go to India, though. I'd go to Indonesia, as
it will be a better long-term investment because I perceive salaries
will stay lower there longer, so you don't have to go throught the
outsourcing process again (from India to Indonesia) in a few years.
