I understand now. The company I work for is sending some work over there too and I see the practice growing more and more. I left this company a year ago because they were leaning in that direction. They even brought an India-based company on-site here in Texas and have been working this for a year now. I contacted the National Writer's Union (NWU) about the practice and they were interested. In the meantime, I was offered another job. After a year, I was offered to return to a different group and a different campus. I have only been back here for one month, now I hear they are farming some of my work out. I feel for you being in this position and I will try to help offline if you need it.
