Think about where you are likely to receive the help you need.
He asked for help on an international list that includes people both inside and outside the US who have relevant experience.
I only blame you for not seeing that you have asked the wrong people for
help in inflicting further injury upon technical writers and technical
editors in the US.
Going around blaming people is no way to be, Bonnie. That aside, I don't see that he asked the wrong people. He stated his circumstance clearly more than once, and he's trying to make lemonade. Give him a break, huh?
