For frequently used icons, list them in an intro chapter with a
definition. In doc, just use the word in bold, for example, Save or
Edit. For unique icons not common in the application, we embed them.
Icons should not affect your line breaks, but I guess that depends on
the size of the icon and on the doc tool.
