Technical Documentation Industry - University Project

Hello everybody,

I'm an MBA student at the University of Dayton graduating in May. For one of
my classes, we have to make a strategic analysis of one company which
happens to be in the technical documentation sector. They do technical
writing, illustrating, publishing, etc.

My team and I are having some troubles to get information about the industry
(size, growth rate, opportunities, threats, key success factors, etc.).
During my research I came across TECHWR-L, so I thought maybe some of you
have information about the industry that you could share with me and my
team.
