Well, it is when it's not really "Web", but just one
annoying little "welcome" page on a CD, to point customers
toward the various docs and the WebHelp.

For the WebHelp, I've been using RoboHelp, because it's
the company standard (meaning, "the one that they pay for").

If I was doing site authoring, I'd probably boot Linux
and use QuantaPlus or one of the other open-source tools.

I so see your point about having a purpose-built editor
if I was editing a bunch of pages or a whole site.
