So quantify the cost. Offer the lean manual for 'free,' but offer full
screenshots at the price you are willing to do it for. Your customers
might decide they prefer fewer screenshots after all.

Realistically though, you should probably just use your own judgment to
reduce the number of screenshots.

Also, perhaps in some cases you can use partial screenshots that just
show the relevant portion of the screen, then there would be less data
to translate.
