My Heartland Appliances stove came with brilliant documentation--an
extensive installation, use and maintenance binder and a quick-reference
flip booklet, both well-designed and easy to use--I spent almost as much
time ooohing and ahhhing over the docs as my new stove. They make
appliances for home use, but you might find their approach useful.
