I dunno-- I never tried WebWorks. It is easier for me to find
replacement writers who know RoboHelp, so I always use that... My eye
is towards training a full-time person to be my replacement. Choose based
on whatever tool works for you and who you know that knows the tool that
you can hire, I say.
I still use Word, I just output it as a Word file instead. Works for me
