Well, yes and no. Since you *do* have a requirement for both Help
*and* PDF, it doesn't make sense to target either deliverable as
"primary". If you're single-sourcing, you need to account for ALL
deliverables no matter what tool you're using. Just keep that in mind
when designing your source content... Otherwise you'll end up with
Help that reads like print or print/PDF that reads like Help.
