Hi all,
My classmates and I (we all belong to a technical communication
diploma course) are trying to put together a business plan as if we
were to open our own technical writing business once we graduate. Part
of my research is the customer expectations and behaviour when dealing
with technical writers. With that said, what are your customers
expectations of you as technical writers and what sort of behaviours
do you notice from your customers; for example, how do they approach
you, when do they approach you, and why do they approach you?
Thanks,
Robert
