Hello TWers,

Question:

In MS Word, is there a way to do a search and replace for a "return"? It
seems funny that you can use other non-characters such as spaces but you
cannot use a return. I even tried turning my editor's marks on and cutting
and pasting the return into the search box (this did not work either).

I am trying to format text that was extracted from a PDF into Word. The
text comes into Word with returns about half way through each sentence and I
am trying to find a way to fix that without having to go in and do it
manually. Anyone have a suggestion as to a better way of doing this?

Thanks much!

Chad
