To add to Martin's advice I would suggest setting tangible goals each
day.

Break-up a large project into smaller blocks which then become your
goals.

Post a new goal each day on your monitor with a yellow post-it if
necessary.

Stay on-track and meet your goals. When you find yourself coming up
short, stop and reassess what is happening that prevents you from
meeting your goals.
