I was wondering if there are many of you out there who have had a similar transition. Do you think this is a natural progression? I was hoping to get some pros and cons of such a move.

I'd be very interested in this as well. I've been called upon to do
the clinical business study of implementing the program I just did the
user docs for, and though I have experience in dealing with business
analyses on an individual client level, this is a whole new scale for
me. Any advice or insight from the pros would be welcome.
