Your title is correct as is.

As for UC and lc:
*  The first word is always UC.
*  Nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs and pronouns are UC.
*  Articles, prepositions, conjunctions and other support
words are lc (unless it's the first word).

Sometimes, the need to emphasize a word may change things
around, but rarely.  
"Want Reliability and Economy?"
vs.
"Want Reliability And Economy?"  The stress and intent are
different, and the UC "And" (or "AND") reflects it.

Words like "eBay" that are supposed to be capitalized
differently are written how their TM owners prefer.

And this is English, after all, so there will be other
exceptions.  But in general, there you go.
