is a great blog I found (hopefully not through this list. In this case I apologize for posting it
again.)

It's written by the authors of the Head First books form O'Reilly (each a number one bestseller in
its area) and contains lots of stuff on how to empower the user.

Note: The advice and information published there does apply to learning material (written,
multimedia, oral) but not to reference works.
