Hi all,
I have been asked to look at our user documentation to ensure it is section 508 compliant.
I currently produce .chm and occasionally .pdf documents.

Having not gone this route before, I am unsure what I need to do. Is anyone willing to share their tips/ideas?

Here's what I am thinking:

.CHM
- provide ALT tags for all images
- ensure names of screen controls (i.e. fields, buttons, etc) differ from main text by both colour and font
- ensure hyperlinks can be distiguished by more than colour (i.e. by underline as well)
- ?

.PDF
- Provide navigation through bookmarks
-?

Any suggestions appreciated :)

Robyn
