The Act does not dictate the "how" of documentation -- that's for
each organization to determine on its own. There are various
organizations that assist companies with compliance, so I think if
you Google a bit you can get the general idea of how vast an area
this really is.

I know someone on this list is doing this work right now, so
perhaps he will see your post and comment.
