Nope, I've only had 7 for a month and haven't tried a server based review.

My people seem to prefer hard copy to electronic commenting by about 4
to 1, then meeting to go over comments and resolve differences. Of
course, I could be skewing things by providing chocolate chip cookies
at the review meetings, but it does boost attendance.
