Hmm. I haven't used the server functionality, but I've used Acrobat and
Acrobat Reader in peer reviews. When I was in a large organization, we'd
put PDFs in a common place and review them, with the reviewer marking up
the document with notes, editorial marks, and so forth. When I was in a
smaller organization, I used to send the PDF to my boss, who could then
make notes on the PDF in Acrobat 7. I'm not sure why you'd need the server
functionality, myself. :)
