I received some bad news about a family member last night and it is
affecting the tone of my responses...I've already had to issue two
email apologies (and hit the cancel button after I read other
responses) and it wasn't even lunch time. Even for me that is a
record.

I'll be back in a couple or three days when I get my head around it.
