Kenneth,

When the user clicks the Submit button, don't email anything to your team. Instead, capture the response in a database and display the results in a browser. If you really _want_ to, you can construct an email at the same time and send it along. But my point is that you have to do something proactive when the responses hit the server.

Basically you're just plugging the variable data in the querystring into an html template that lists (and labels) all the same fields you have in the PDF.

Does that make sense?
