Is there a free online resource for tech writing style standards? At one time I had a URL to something but I've lost it. In this case I'm looking for conventions for a software user guide, such as how titles of screen shots should look, what to put in bold text, etc.

If not free or online, is there a publication or methodology accepted across the industry?

Thanks all.
