I guess in India it is mostly American companies
in the software domain, which is all I know
about. I did work for a finance s/w co in Delhi
which was headquartered in London. I don't think
I wrote differently then.

The common core of language is the same, we don't
use idioms and all, and MS Weird does help with
the spellings. Then there are folks 'localizing'
the docs - which is quite different from (than?)
translation.
Talking of Indian English, Rachna, don't faint
next time someone (not at all attractive) tells
you he will make a move. He just wants to leave.
In-glish is a funny language, in-deed :-)
