Hello,

I've just inherited a set of books that have been created (and must be maintainted) in FM 5.5 + SGML.

For each book, the Chapter Title of each document appears in the Master Pages. When I generate a ToC for the book, the Chapter Title doesn't appear. Is there any way of including titles from the Master Pages in the ToC?

Thanks in advance,

Aoidin
