Yes. ;-)

Structured authoring nowadays refers to authoring in some kind of
XML/SGML context, where use of styles and content flow are governed by
a schema (or equivalent). This structure imposes a certain writing
style that must be adhered to in order for the documentation to be
consistent across authors and books.
