I figured out that the user was missing some of the Windows updates. 10
to be exact. Once he installed them all..the related topics button
worked again.

I don't see where it would affect the .CHM, but I think sometimes the
zoom
setting for the WYSIWYG editor has an effect if it's other than 100%. Is
that possibly it?

Subject: Related Topics not working
My Related Topics button is not working when viewed from the UI or
through the .chm. This happened one other time and I fixed it, but for
the life of me, I cannot remember how. It appears as a transparent box
with a small dot in the middle. Any ideas? I'm using Robohelp X5.
