And others made similar recommendations. After comparing other search
products in terms of features, ease of use, and cost, we have decided to
purchase Zoom. 

Our decision criteria follow.
-Affordability
-Ability to grow with our website
-Easy to use by people without much programming experience (me!)
-Does not require vendor branding on the results page.

Other factors that made us glad to purchase were:
-unlimited licence
-also indexes CDs and DVDs
-email support within 24 hours (We are in Europe, so phone support in
Australia doesn't do much for me)

I have no connection with Wrensoft other than as a customer. I just thought
I'd share the results of my research. If my opinion changes after I've used
Zoom a few times, I will let you know.
